Abhilash Sharma IAS completed his graduation from Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) from 2012 to 2016. He did his schooling from Sainik School, Rewa (AISSCE – Non-Medical) from 1995 to 2012.
After completing his B.Tech, he prepared for UPSEC and today he is a good IAS officer. From 2021, he is working as District Magistrate (DM) in Rampur UP.

He appeared for UPSC exam in 2017 and was selected as IAS officer of 2017 batch from Uttar Pradesh Cadare. He secured 262nd rank in UPSC exam. He started his IAS career from Uttar Pradesh cadre. He got a lot of fame in 2019 after one of his viral videos.
