Dhruva’s maternal uncle, Arjun Sarja, is a well-known South Indian actor, and his maternal grandfather, Shakti Prasad, was a celebrated actor in Kannada cinema. His maternal uncle Kishore Sarja was a director, and actress Aishwarya Arjun is his cousin.
Dhruva made his film debut in 2012 with Addhuri, where his performance as Arjun, opposite Radhika Pandit, earned critical acclaim.
