After training, his first posting was as an ASP in Mathura. 3 months after joining, the Jawaharbagh incident happened on 2 June 2016.
He had a craze for wearing the uniform and blue light since childhood. That is why he chose civil service. He did not succeed on the first attempt, but on the second attempt, he cleared both the exam and the interview.

He can never forget the training had in Hyderabad. One day while playing volleyball, he fractured his leg and had to stay in bed for a month. During that time, he was afraid that he might miss out on learning a lot.
