Divyaa completed her schooling at Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Girinagar.
Divyaa began learning Bharatanatyam at the age of three and later trained in Kuchipudi and Mohiniyattam. She won the title of “Kalathilakom” in the Kerala School Kalolsavam competition in 1990 and 1991.
